Service​

The Service is a system-level AI assistant designed to help users complete tasks, automate workflows, and interact with files, applications, and system resources based on explicit user instructions. The Service operates only upon user request and does not run autonomously.

User Responsibilities​

You agree to:

  • Use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Use the Service only on content and systems you have the right to access
  • Not use the Service for surveillance, harassment, or illegal activities
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, interfere with, or abuse the Service

You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated output before taking action based on it.

Content and Data Ownership​

You retain ownership of your content, files, and data. We do not claim ownership of user content or AI-generated output. Our access to data is limited and permission-based, used only to provide the Service.

AI Output Disclaimer​

The Service uses artificial intelligence systems that probabilistically generate output. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. The Service does not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or suitability for any purpose and does not replace professional judgment. You bear full responsibility for how you use AI-generated output.

Availability and Modifications​

We may modify, suspend, or terminate the Service or any part thereof at any time, including to improve functionality, address security issues, or comply with legal requirements.

Limitation of Liability​

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". We disclaim all express or implied warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including data loss, loss of profits, or reliance on AI-generated output.

Indemnification​

You agree to indemnify the Service and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

Termination​

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we find you have violated these terms or legal requirements.

Applicable Law​

These terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
